To further accelerate the innovation of LOOM+<\/sup>, NOX recently acquired Hunter Douglas Korea. This acquisition consists of the R&D Center, the domestic sunscreen business, and the Korean manufacturing plant of the world\u2019s largest window blind manufacturer. Through this acquisition, NOX established NOX TEXTERIOR, enabling the application of woven tiles to its unique IVP (Integrated Vertical Production) system, thereby becoming the first in the industry to producep>\u00ae\u201d in 2012, followed by eco-friendly PVC-free flooring materials a few years later. In partic completely in-house, from each component to end product.
